My first contribution to an open-source project

While casually scrolling through YouTube shorts, I came across a really cool open-source project called Dev Toolbox [GitHub] [Web App]. I’ve always wanted to contribute to an open-source project, and this one struck interest in me because I immediately thought of a tool that I would use regularly… a markdown editor. So, I went to work forking and cloning the repo, and about 24 hours later I had the new tool working! You can check out my pull request here. Another feature I plan to add is Rich Text Editor toolbar above the input box.
